Virginia Solar Technology Inc. (VAST) has a strict Refund Policy due to the nature of the products that are sold in the store and online.

·       All refund requests must be made by the purchaser.

·       Purchaser must have a valid receipt  

·       Refunds are only accepted if an item was sold in error to the customer by the sales person.

·       Refunds are accepted only if the returned item has been unopened and in its original package. 

·       All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

·       Otherwise refunds are not accepted and can only be exchanged for store credit or other items of equal value within the store or online.
